I love it, it's not the first time I've bought it, it's a fantastic product. I suffer a lot from neck pain, which makes my head spin and causes migraines, but with this device I can control it. It relieves a lot, the only thing is that it's not suitable for very wide necks; if you have a wider neck, it could cause damage. It arrived safely, although the box was a bit wrinkled, the item is fine. It only has two buttons, one is for turning the infrared on or off, and the other is for turning it on and off and for selecting programs. I really like it. It's not the first time I've bought it. Excellent equipment, better than I expected, good material, works perfectly, and the best part is that it came with the tie-down strap, as it would be difficult to hold it without it. The downside is that it didn't come with a manual for the equipment's functions, only a small manual in several languages on how to install it. Other than that, excellent.

This thing is amazing. I am an esthetician and i've had neck problems and my face muscles on my neck and my face, we're really tight from getting older and since i've used this, i've noticed my wrinkles are gone and i don't have any more forehead wrinkles as well, just by using this on the back of my neck, i've had a plate put in my neck so my neck muscles were really tight. They no longer are tight, i can turn my head and not have to feel a pain. My shoulder blades no longer are in pain, i have free movement free range now from my shoulders and my neck and my face it is amazing you have to get this if you don't get this you're crazy.
